Return Policy

Our policy is to accept returns for defective or damaged products only. Personal taste in fragrance is subjective, therefore we do not accept returns for products based on scent preference.

If your product arrived defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. We also accept cork tray packaging returns of three or more at a time. Please email concierge@floraincense.com to begin the process.  Please allow 24 hours to receive a response from our team, excluding weekends and holidays.
